Beginner Prep Course
$480-$750
- Our 6-week prep course is required before joining group classes for anyone new to CrossFit or returning after time off.
- This program teaches foundational movements, builds confidence, and provides extra accountability to help you get started safely.
- You'll work one-on-one with a coach, learn proper technique, and build consistency so you can smoothly transition into group classes.
($80-$125 per week depending on program)
CrossFit Group Classes
$145-$185/4 weeks
- Coach-led CrossFit classes designed for all fitness levels.
- Once you complete the prep course, you'll join a structured class environment where workouts are guided, scalable, and focused on building strength and conditioning.
- You'll be coached every step of the way while training alongside a supportive community.
Most members invest around $165-$185 every 4 weeks.
Personal Training
$100-$275/week
- One-on-one coaching built around your specific goals, schedule, and fitness level.
- Personal training provides more individualized attention, faster progress, and a fully customized plan.
- This is a great option if you prefer a more private setting, need extra support, or want to accelerate your results.
Nutrition Coaching
$100/4 weeks
- Nutrition coaching focused on building simple, sustainable habits that support your training and lifestyle.
- You'll receive guidance, accountability, and ongoing support to help you see long-term results.
- Works alongside both group classes and personal training.
This program is a 3-month commitment to ensure consistency and meaningful progress.
Bunz, Gunz, and Gutz
$115/4 weeks
- A focused accessory class targeting arms, glutes, and core.
- This class is designed to build strength in key areas, improve muscle tone, and add extra volume to your training.
- Perfect as an add-on to your current routine or as a standalone option.
Classes are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 PM.
