Suspension Policy
This is not a membership cancellation request.
When you sign up for any Divine CrossFit membership, you are hereby authorizing automatic charge authorizations. These charges will remain in effect until Divine CrossFit receives a formal pause request on our website. Requests made in person, by text, email, or over the phone are not acceptable requests.
To submit a formal pause request for any Divine CrossFit service, it is required that you fill out the “Membership Pause” form found at the bottom of our website. Failure to do so will result in an invalid request, and your membership will continue to be charged until a formal request is received.
Membership pauses can be made for a period of 1-2 months for the following reasons: 1. Illness or injury, or 2. Travel. Once the pause period has expired, the regular billing cycle will automatically begin and your account will be charged as scheduled, and without notice.
PAUSE REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE TO AVOID CHARGES. Requests submitted with less than two weeks notice will result in your membership automatically renewing for the next billing cycle. Upon a membership pause, you will continue to have access to our facility and classes for the remainder of the period for which you have already paid. This applies to all membership types and session packs.
