 I got into fitness because I wanted to improve my overall health and performance. Getting into CrossFit definitely expanded my way of working out and without a doubt, I fell in love with the sport.

Coaching was always something I strived for: being able to help someone perform to the best of their ability and guiding them to their goals is what I admired.

My goals as a coach is to always make sure my classes are fun, that everyone is working out with proper technique to avoid injuries, guide my classes to the best of my ability, and help with any movements any athlete is struggling with to perform.
